As a lover of dance and photography, I am always on the lookout for unique and inspiring artists. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Dionísio Jordão, a Portuguese street dancer, during my travels in Madrid.
From the moment he started moving, I was mesmerized by his talent and energy. His style is a fusion between break dance and hip-hop, with a touch of traditional dance moves. We’ve quickly met, and found out we’re both Portuguese haha
I knew I had to capture his artistry on camera, so I snapped some photos of him in action. It was challenging to keep up with his fast-paced movements, but I managed to get some great shots that truly showcase his skill.
What struck me most about Dionísio was his dedication to his craft. He spends hours every day practicing and refining his technique, always striving to improve. Despite the physical demands of his art, he never seems to tire or lose his enthusiasm.
Meeting Dionísio was a highlight of my trip to Madrid, and I am thrilled to be able to share his talent with others through my photography. If you ever have the chance to see him perform, I highly recommend it – he is truly a one-of-a-kind artist.
